The APCC13 Conference Organising Committee is currently planning the conference to be an in-person event in April 2021. However we recognise that due to the current COVID-19 crisis, this may ultimately not be possible and that the conference may need to be postponed and/or held virtually in some form. We will keep you updated both here and through the ANPC News e-newsletter and social media pages as we move closer to the time.
We are currently planning to open Early-bird registrations in October 2020. We would like to assure all potential attendees that the registration fees will be fully transferable and/or 100% refundable should the conference be postponed. Registration fees may also be reduced if a virtual component of some kind still proceeds in April 2021.
A decision point of the end of January 2021 has been selected by the committee as the time we will make a decision on whether a face-to-face conference will proceed or not. This corresponds to the deadline for abstract submissions.
The APCC13 Conference Organising Committee is committed to complying with all government COVID-19 guidelines at the time of the conference if it does proceed.
